We collect the minimum information needed to operate this service: account details for agency admins, and — only with the visitor's explicit consent — chat transcripts and contact details submitted through the widget.

What we collect

• Agency admin accounts: name, email, hashed password.
• Widget visitors: chat messages, and contact details you choose to share, only after you accept the in-chat storage consent prompt. If you decline, your transcript is not retained.
• Basic technical metadata (browser language, referring page) tied to a consented chat, never sold or shared with third parties.

How we use it

To operate the chat concierge, respond to inquiries, and — for agency staff — to review leads and conversation quality.

Retention

Chat data is purged automatically according to each agency's plan-level retention window, or immediately if you decline storage consent.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting the agency you spoke with.
